Volunteer Coordinator (VC) Applications
Thank you for your interest in being a Special Olympics Volunteer Coordinator (VC). Below are all the details and applications for the 2026 VC position.

Step 1:
Attend our Info Sessions! This year's info sessions are both virtually and in-person.

Monday, 3/9 at 8:15pm in Driscoll Hall 132
Tuesday, 3/10 at 8:15pm in Driscoll Hall 134​
Tuesday, 3/17 at 8:15pm via Zoom ​​

Anyone is welcome to attend any session.

Info sessions explain the many roles that VCs play in planning Special Olympics Fall Festival. Please email festivaldirector@villanovaspo.com if you have any questions.
Step 2:
Complete the application. There is an application for those who would be new to VC and one for those who are returning VC members. Please fill out the appropriate one. All applications are read blind so please do not indicate your name anywhere on the sheet.

Applications will open on Wednesday, March 11 at 8am and are due on Wednesday, March 18 at 11:59pm.
