2026 Committee Application
Thank you for your interest in Special Olympics Committee. Below are all the details and applications for 2026 Special Olympics Committee. Step 1:
Watch our Info Sessions! This year's info sessions are held via Zoom and in person.

Wednesday, January 28:30th at 7:30PM EST in Vasey Hall 208
Thursday, January 29th at 9:15PM EST Virtual Info Session
Wednesday, February 4th at 7:30PM EST in Dougherty Hall, East Lounge

Anyone is welcome to attend any session.

Info sessions explain committee descriptions and many of the roles Special Olympics Committee plays in planning Fall Festival. If you were unable to attend, the recordings will be posted below. Please email festivaldirector@villanovaspo.com if you have any questions.
Step 2:
Read the descriptions of all the individual committees that make up the larger Villanova Special Olympics Committee. New members will be asked to list preferences for which management teams they are interested in and have a space to list individual committees if they are interested. Returning members will be asked to list specific committees they are interested in. The descriptions can be found in the document below:
Step 3:
Complete the application. There is an application for those who would be new to committee and one for those who are returning committee members. Please fill out the appropriate one. If you have any questions about the application please reach out to festivaldirector@villanovaspo.com.
Step 4:
Upload your application using the Jotform and answer the additional questions on the form. Thank you for taking the time to apply; we look forward to reading your applications!
