First, navigate to https://vsys.specialolympicspa.org/

 

Once you are on the page, sign into your preexisting account or select "Volunteer Application Form” if you have not yet registered for an account through Special Olympics PA. 

 

If you are making a new account, the following information is important to your registration:

 

1. Fill in your personal information.

2. Under the Volunteer Classification section:

   1. You should register as a “Class B” volunteer under “Volunteer Classification"

   2. You should register as "Event-State level" under "Local ProgramSubmit your registration and then refresh the page.

3. You may need to reselect the link to log into your account. 

 

Once you are signed into your account, navigate to the blue bar at the top of the screen and select “Event Sign-Up”.

 

Then, scroll and under 'Project" select "2021 Villanova Fall Festival" and hit “search.” You can scroll through the various positions and their descriptions available, or you can refine the search by entering keywords such as “soccer” or “evals.” When you find one you like you can hit sign-up!  These positions are still being updated so you can check back to sign up for others too!

 

Finally, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to a communicable disease form included. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPETED. WITHOUT COMPLETION OF THE FORM, YOU CANNOT VOLUNTEER AT FALL FESTIVAL.
